MEGAN DESJARDINS

CHIROPRACTOR
B. KINE, M. CHIRO

Megan earned her Bachelor of Kinesiology at Brock University and completed her Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University.

With a background in gymnastics and soccer, Megan has always had a strong connection to movement and performance. These early experiences sparked a lasting curiosity about the human body, leading her to pursue a career in chiropractic. Her goal is to help people move the way their bodies were designed to—resiliently, efficiently, and with less pain.

Megan enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions by focusing on the underlying causes of dysfunction, whether they're related to movement patterns, postural imbalances, or everyday physical stressors. She’s passionate about helping people move and feel better, whether they're recovering from injury, managing pain, or looking to optimise performance. Megan takes a whole-body approach to care, combining hands-on techniques like manual adjustments, soft tissue release, and joint mobilisations with movement and rehab strategies. She’s focused on improving function, reducing discomfort, and supporting the body’s natural ability to adapt and heal. She is fluent in French and English.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys trail running, bush walks, going to the beach, yoga and Pilates
