Cat is passionate about creating a clinic experience like no other. Her focus is to ensure every person who walks through our doors feels welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. She appreciates feedback and is always open to hearing your thoughts, whether it’s about improving your experience at Epoch Health or simply having a friendly conversation.
After several years in the corporate world, Cat made the decision to pursue a more purpose-driven path and joined Epoch Health. As a certified Pilates instructor, she brings a strong understanding of health, movement, and overall wellbeing, and is passionate about living a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
Outside of the clinic, Cat enjoys spending time with her family, doing Pilates, going for long walks, playing sports, watching footy, and sharing hot chips and ice cream with good company.
